Indco - Model TM-1000 -10 HP Electric Gear Drive Top Entry Mixer with Hydrofoil
Gear-driven top mount mixers are the backbone of large scale liquid processing and production in industries such as waste water, chemicals, paint & coatings, petroleum and many more. The 10 HP INDCO TM-1000 mixer mounts to a support structure or mounting surface above the tank via four bolts and features a parallel helical gear drive with 24:1 gear ratio for quiet operation with maximum efficiency.
The 2 1/4 " X 122” long 316 stainless steel shaft rotates 74 rpm. The standard 48” hydrofoil impeller is secured to the shaft using set screws and keyway with gib key to prevent rotational and vertical movement. The mixer requires 230/460 Volt three phase phase power. This mixer is ideal for batch production or continuous processes in tank volumes up to 10,000 gallons. All wetted parts are 316 SS standard for chemical resistance. Customizations include gear ratio, shaft length, alternate impeller options, and variable speed control. Hastelloy C and other alloys are available as needed for wetted parts. Contact our engineers to assist with sizing and configuring the mixer to your application.
