Jay-R-Smith - Model 1010 and 1020 -15.25" Diameter Body Roof Drain and Low Profile Dome
Installed entirely from above deck on flat roofs of any construction, our labor-saving roof drain simplifies installation, saving steps and the need for a second technician. This 15-1/4" (390) Duco coated cast iron drain will quickly clear large runoff accumulations. The combined flashing clamp and gravel stop protects drain lines from debris and securely grips flashing and roofing materials without puncturing for a leak proof installation. The drain is protected by a low profile, polyethylene dome strainer.

The drain eliminates the need for underdeck clamps and is mounted directly to the top deck, so it can be installed by a single person. Because you no longer need a second installer on the floor below, you remove potential safety hazards associated with climbing and save on installation time.

Pro Tip: Eliminate any risk of leakage at your gasket seals by taking those seals out of the equation. This top mounted drain elevator, as the name suggests, lifts the drain out of the waterway. The only seal requiredis where the roof waterproofing material is flashed into the drain.
