A certified productive process

The experience and know-how acquired are the starting point for a path oriented towards quality. Over the years, B.T.E. has always confirmed and renewed the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 certification, stressing the importance that it always gives to the quality of all its business processes.

SUPPLIERS AND MATERIALS

Research and quality of materials, purchased exclusively from suppliers which are qualified and/or assessed every six months in accordance with the internal procedure, are the essential prerequisites for a quality product and service. B.T.E. has always established partnerships with the suppliers so as to involve them in the achievement of a single goal: customer satisfaction.

Check

The production process and all the specific phases are constantly monitored to ensure the maximum quality of the product and the system itself. The operators in charge of inspections fill in and record test and inspection documents every day. The recordings are regularly analysed and discussed by the work team who aim at taking advantage from the feedback coming from the workshop

Production process

Every aspect of the production process is taken care of in detail to ensure optimal quality standards. From the cutting and processing of raw materials to assembly, testing and painting, up to the management of the customer service processes, each phase is taken care of and guaranteed by certified processes and procedures.

Logistics

Production planning is the result of a logistics agreement between the commercial and the productive unit. The agreement defines precise responsibilities and tasks to guarantee compliance with the delivery times and to ensure punctuality and competitive Lead time on the market.
