ABC - Model LXB 2500x1000mm -60mm Sound Vapor Panel

1. 0.6 mm steel plate (outside) provided with profiling, galvanized Z275
2. equipped with 50 mm polyurethane coating, in colors in accordance with RAL 9002 and RAL 7016 (100 mm)
3. continuous glued at right angles to the fiber direction cut non-combustible mineral wool
4. 0.6 mm, perforated steel plate stuco, perforation degree of 32.7%, galvanized Z275
5. with 25 mm polyester coating in standard color RAL 9002

Processing

1. panels can be used both vertically and horizontally 
2. equipped with a male-female connection system
3. cut to size with jigsaw
4. available with finishing profiles  

Performance

1. standard length 2500, 3000 and 4000 mm and (net) width 1000 mm
2. large lengths, different thicknesses, different colors, etc. on request 
3. tolerances: +/- 3.0 mm for thickness and width, +/- 10.0 mm for length

Montage

1. the panels are attached to the structure by means of self-drilling parkers or blind nails
2. the bottom, top and end sides of the panels are finished with U-profiles
3. be at a corner position over the inner and outer angles, angle sections arranged
4. For outdoor installation we recommend the top of the panels off to screens with a rain profiles and seams between panels and lower sections down to kitten
