Filter Test Rigs for Cleanable Filter Media - Model AFC 130/133 -acc. to VDI 3926, ASTM D6830-02, ISO 11057

Testing of filter media ... is important for the development and optimization of filter materials as well as for quality assurance during the production process. Differential pressure drop, particle size dependent filtration efficiency and dust loading capacity are of most interest for filter media characterization. For these tasks Topas developed the series AFC filter media test systems which facilitates filter tests in accordance to guideline VDI 3926-II, ASTM D6830-02, ISO 11057, but can also be used for test acc. to other international standards. Dust loading tests and dust capacity tests in accordance with the general requirements of EN 779, VDI 3926-II, DIN 71460-I and ISO 11 155-1 can be performed in small scale. Due to their compact and lightweight design these test rigs can be used in the laboratory. Only single-phase mains power and compressed air are needed to run filter tests. The Topas control and data acquisition software PAFWin runs under Windows on a standard PC.
