AccurateGas - Model AGT -Recirculator for Temperature Control
The AGT Recirculator is designed for precise temperature management in various industrial processes. It features a non-CFC refrigeration system combined with a high output heater and a positive displacement pump. This equipment ensures accurate temperature control, maintaining stability within 1°C by adjusting cooling power through a digitally controlled heater. It includes a large reservoir functioning as a thermal flywheel, facilitating ease of access for maintenance and fluid checks. The AGT-Series Recirculators are versatile, adept at removing or adding heat from a remote source across numerous temperature ranges, thereby improving efficiency and reducing water waste when connected to cylinder gas sources. Key applications include temperature regulation for Etch and CVD process gases, vacuum pumps, reactor flanges, mass flow controllers, power supplies, condensers, and turnkey gas delivery systems. Additionally, coupling with the AG-J Heat Exchange Jackets enhances control over gas temperatures in any cylinder type or size.

Accurate and stable (1C) temperature control is achieved by modulating the net cooling power via a digitally controlled heater and a large reservoir serving as a thermal flywheel. The reservoir is easily accessible for filling purposes and checking circulation.
The AGT-Series Recirculators
The AGT-Series Recirculators are capable of removing or adding heat to a remote source by regulating and controlling a wide range of temperatures of a Closed-Loop circulating liquid. Wasting of water is eliminated with use of the AGT Recirculators when connected to Cylinder Gas Sources. Common applications include Temperature Control for Etch and CVD Process Gases, Vacuum Pumps, Reactor Flanges, MFC’s, Power Supplies, Condensers, and Turn-Key Gas Delivery Systems.
The AGT-Series Recirculators in conjunction with the AG-J Heat Exchange Jackets regulate and control temperatures of Gases contained in any size or type Cylinder.
