ACE - Model GS-8 -Industrial Gas Springs

They are supplied with individual filling pressure according to customer requirements, with the pressure force only being subsequently adjusted via the valve. With the free ACE calculation service, the gas springs are individually designed with mounting points for the application. A wide range of attachments simplifies installation and makes the gas springs universally applicable.

ACE industrial gas springs are preferred for industrial applications, mechanical engineering, medical technology, as well as the electronics, automotive, and furniture industries.

• Extension force 10 N to 100 N (retracted to 133 N)
• Stroke 20 mm to 80 mm
• Piston rod diameter Ø 3 mm
• Progression approx. 29% to 33%
• Mileage approx. 10,000 m
• Permissible temperature range -20 °C to +80 °C
• Outer body material : coated steel; piston rod: V2A (1.4301/1.4305, AISI 304/303); connecting parts: galvanized steel
• Filling medium nitrogen and oil
• Installation position: Install the piston rod pointing downwards, then the end position cushioning is effective when opening.
• End position damping approx. 5 mm (depending on stroke)
• Fixed stop Customer must provide an external fixed stop at the end of the stroke.
