These absorbers accommodate impact velocities ranging from 0.15 m/s to 4 m/s and operate within a temperature range of -10 °C to +66 °C, providing versatility across various environments. The units feature a corrosion-resistant coated steel body with a stainless steel, hardened piston rod. The shock absorbers integrate a built-in stop and employ oil as a damping medium, ensuring temperature stability. Customization options include increased corrosion protection and configurations without an impact head. Tried-and-tested and durable: Due to a hermetically sealed rolling diaphragm in each absorber, the MC150 to MC600 product family is suitable for an exceptional high lifetime of use with up to 25 million cycles. The rolling diaphragm technology perfected by ACE ensures complete separation of the damping fluid from the surrounding air. This makes direct installation in a pressure chamber e.g. as end stop damping in pneumatic cylinders up to approx. 7 bar possible.

These self-adjusting shock absorbers are designed to handle velocities between 0.15 m/s and 5 m/s and can operate in temperatures from -12 °C to +66 °C, with custom temperature ranges available upon request. The absorbers can be mounted in various orientations and feature an integrated hard stop. Constructed with tenifer-hardened steel bodies and hard-chromed steel pistons, they ensure durability and resistance to corrosion. They employ automatic transmission fluid as a damping medium, suitable for applications in linear slides, rotary tables, handling modules, and more. These universally applicable absorbers are made from highly cushionable elastic PUR materials. The 12.5 mm or 25 mm thick plates can be supplied with a density of 170 kg/m3 to 275 kg/m3 provide made-to-measure vibration isolation. They can be combined as isolation packages and custom-made to suit requirements, using water-jet cutting. Other made-to-measure options from ACE include on-site vibration measurement and product selection, a special sizing software package, and cost-neutral design.
