ACE - Model SCS33EU -Safety Shock Absorber
The Safety Shock Absorber SCS33 is an industrial-grade shock absorber designed for high energy absorption applications. It features a self-adjusting or optimized curve and handles energy absorption ranging from 310 Nm to 950 Nm per stroke, with stroke lengths of 23.2 mm to 48.6 mm. Its operating speed varies from 0.02 m/s to 5 m/s, with alternative speeds available upon request. The unit is functional at temperatures between -12°C and +66°C. Constructed with a steel tenifer-hardened body, hard-chromed steel piston rod, hardened and corrosion-resistant coated impact head, and a return spring that is either zinc plated or plastic coated. The damping medium utilized is Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF). The device integrates a fixed stop and can be installed in any orientation. It is suited for emergency stop systems in manufacturing, aerospace applications, and linear motor-driven cross slide guides.

Users benefit from excellent value for money and service lives of up to 1,000 load cycles. Their compact design, available in sizes M33x1.5 to M64x2, makes them easy to integrate into existing applications.
