ZGF EZ Clean - Model EC700S/SLT -Advanced, Automatic, Non-Disposable Liquid Filtration Systems
The EC700S / EC700SLT is the most advanced, automatic, non-disposable liquid filtration system. This best-in-class technology is ideal whenever you require removal of suspended solids, silt, grit, fines or other particulate matter from water or other water-based process fluids.
- The EC700S’s modular “pod” design can satisfy any flow requirement >200 gpm.
- Each “pod” houses seven (7) Spring Filter elements.
- The EC700S design allows for 24/7 uninterrupted operation.
- EC700S system flowrate and filter element micron rating determine the required number of pods.

There are two pod configurations.
- EC700SLT pod:
- 2” inlet and outlet
- typically used with 20 µ and 35 µ Spring Filter elements
- used flow rate per pod is less than 135 gpm
- EC700S pod:
- 4” inlet and outlet
- typically used with Spring Filter elements 50 µ and larger.
EC700S /EC700SLT materials of construction can be matched to ensure compatibility with the wide array of fluid compositions; and the EC700S / EC700SLT is designed for continuous service up to 190oF and 120 psi. ZGF can provide the pods and manifolds in many materials to meet your requirements.
