AeroWet - Novel Dry Feed Technology for Solid Grade Polymers
Using a batching system, polymer is fed from the storage hopper by the screw feeder at a constant rate via the AeroWet™ module into a motive air stream provided by the blower. Air conveys powder to the JETWET® disperser where it is wetted out prior to entering the agitated mixing tank. After a predetermined quantity of polymer is delivered & the mixing tank is full, the solution is homogenized. After a predetermined aging time has lapsed, polymer solution is transferred as a batch by the transfer pump under the control of the storage tank level sensor. The cycle is then repeated.

Service required
- 3 phase/50 Hz power supply. Power rating will vary with unit size. Most voltages can be accommodated.
- Retro-fit applications only – Single phase/ 50Hz RCD protected supply suitable for 300 Watt application. Specify preferred voltage of 110v or 240 v.
- Water minimum 100lpm @ 1 bar – will vary with size (to 1000lpm) – contact KICAB for advice
