Airbravo - Model 4-PRO - EP Series -Suction Arms
The safety of the top of the range: Thanks to its quadruple pantograph support structure, the construction details and the materials used that have elected it Top of the Range, the 4-PRO suction arm for industry and laboratory is recommended for intensive use, prolonged suction or for those who want a suction arm. solid, robust, durable and highly reliable. The external support structure and the rigid piping make this arm perfect for those who need to minimize load losses. The INDUSTRIA model is available in diameters 125 - 160 - 200 - 250 mm and with lengths of 2, 3 and 4 meters; the LABORATORY model suction arms are available in diameters 100 and 125 mm, lengths 1 and 2 meters.
- Self-supporting structure with 4 pantographs (patented) with guaranteed handling, reliability and robustness.
- No component immersed in the suction flow for a reduction in the pressure drops.
- Perfect for general industrial applications such as: welding fumes extraction, extraction of fumes, dust and vapours with Max T. to 90°C
- Balanced through counteracting springs also on the front arm section (Forearm)
- Availability of special versions and variants that can adapt to any need and industrial application
- Availability of special hoods for each type of application and pollutant
- Ability to assembly with Jib extensions (for an overall extension up to 8 mt), extraction ducts, wall bracket or ceiling (for a rotation of up to 360°)
- Available in both the hanging and standing version
- Available in the INDUSTRY and LABORATORY model
The standard version 4-Pro extraction arm is recommended for intensive and frequent uses and in the presence of generic pollutants (welding fumes, vapours, gases, dusts, pollutants which are non-aggressive and non-corrosive at temperatures of up to +90 °C).
The 3 joints on flexible couplings and the 3 axes of rotation, one on the base and two on the hood, enable the AirbravoTM extraction arm to have a full-swing allowing the operator to reach any working position. Additionally with the quad pantograph system, the arm insures an easy handling for an aspiration and uptake of pollutants (fumes, dusts, vapours and gases).
- Extraction arm galvanized version: Galvanized Pipes (Code: Series EP…/G)
- Medium temperature version extraction arm: up to 200°C (Code: Series EP…/T)
- Extraction arm polypropylene version: with rigid pipes and hood in polypropylene (Cod: Series EP…/P)
- Extraction arm antistatic version: galvanized version with mass braids (Code: Series EP…/X)
- Extraction arm with colour on-demand (Code: Series EP…/O)
Extraction arm
Made with painted steel rigid piping, supported by a self-supporting quad-pantograph aluminium structure balanced through clutches and multiple springs adjustable on joints. PVC coated fabric hose couplings, operating temperature between -20°C and 90°C reinforced with harmonic steel wire helix (non-flammable M1 class). No component is immersed in the suction flow.
Hood
Standard “hot fumes” hood in the shape of a truncated cone with large elliptical collection area, made of painted steel and provided with a handle. With 3 rotation axes to allow optimal movement of the arm in any position.
Basement
Basement on a 360° revolving base plate with a 200 or 250 mm diameter for the INDUSTRY model (125mm for the LABORATORY model), with seals made of special self-lubricating plastic material.
Wall bracket
As for the INDUSTRY model, the wall bracket is a black painted tubular steel and provided with a multi-diameter fitting and counter-flange; as regards the LABORATORY model the bracket is a black painted sheet metal and provided with a multi-diameter fitting. The coupling and counter-flange are not included in the version equipped with an exhaust fan.
Exhaust fan (if required)
Black painted steel, centrifugal, forward curved blades impeller, 220/400V engine, 3 Ph, 50 Hz. IP55. IE3 for power outputs over 0,55kW.
