Designed for local extraction of pharmaceutical pollutants: Born from constant attention to our customers and their needs, the Pharma extraction arm is specific for the localized collection of pharmaceutical pollutants. Available in diameters of 125 and 160 mm, can be installed both inside production areas of large pharmaceutical industries or in small laboratories. The Pharma extraction arm prevents risks of cross-contamination, thanks to the structure and the completely removable and washable cover which is also flexible and with a smooth inner surface thus avoiding the accumulation of material residues from the suction flow. Available in 125-160 mm diameter and with a length of 2, 3, 4 and 5 meters.

Ad hoc Filtration Levels for each type of pollutant: Airbox D mobile filters allow the elimination of pollutants directly at the source preventing them from being dispersed in the environment and reaching the airways of operators. Adaptable to filtration of most of the pollutants generated from industrial processes and machining (dust, fumes, vapours, mists), the Airbox are universal filtering machines provided with a perimeter and/or internal filtration system. The choice of the filter type and number depends on the type of pollutant. Thanks to the presence of wheels it is possible to move the filtering machine so that it can serve several workstations within the working area.

Cartridge dust collectors for intensive use without maintenance. The G series dust collectors are available in two basic models: GH, standing dust collector provided with horizontal cartridges that is distinguished by its extreme compactness; GV, fixed dust collector provided with vertical cartridges that allows an easy cleaning of cartridges also in the presence of very difficult pollutants, binding agents and adherents. The dust collectors are available in different models, with nominal capacities ranging from 450 Nm3/h up to a maximum of 10,800 Nm3/h.

Ideal for the Removal of Welding Fumes: The HD series compact purifier represents a simple and economic solution to eliminate the welding fumes in industrial working environments even in the presence of traces of sandblasting. The HD Series air purifier allows for the collection and mechanical filtration of the pollutant ensuring extreme manoeuvrability, high suction power and high filtration efficiency. It foresees, as accessory, an AIRBRAVO 2-EDGE extraction arm (EG Series) with a reach of 3 m; alternatively in the cheaper version, it is possible to predict the FLEX-H arm (EH Series).

Maximum Efficiency and Auto Cleaning for intensive use. Available in lengths of 1500 and 2000 mm, the BK downdraft table is recommended for heavy duty applications and intensive use. The filtering system is composed of self-cleaning cartridges (Reverse jet) ensuring an effective filtration equal to M category (particulate matter –  EN 60335-2-69).

Maximum Efficiency for occasional use and less demanding applications. Available in three lengths (1000, 1500 and 2000 mm), the BJ downdraft table is recommended for less demanding applications and an averagely intensive use. The filtering system is composed of three levels of filtration for a progressive filtration of pollutants starting from the coarse dusts to get to finer particulates. The three mechanical action filters allow you to achieve the ultimate F8 efficiency (EN779). Upon request, the downdraft table is available with an extractor external to the table itself.

JMC series mobile extractors are mainly used for ventilation in closed environments or for localized suction. They are mainly used in the shipbuilding and rail sector (for the ventilation of closed environments and for the suction of large amounts of localized dust) as well as during blowing applications or washing of tanks (processing during which an ad hoc and casual ventilation is required in order to eliminate toxic and asphyxiating gases). Even within the food industry and in agriculture, wheeled extraction fans are widely used for the ventilation of large fermentation tanks. They are equipped with input and output protection gratings. Available in the ATEX and stainless steel versions.
