ALBACAR - Model T1O -Precipitated Calcium Carbonate (PCC)

ALBACAR® T1O PCC is a fine, pure precipitated calcium carbonate powder with an average particle size of1.4. ALBACAR® T1O PCC has a unique rosette (scalenohedral) particle shape that provides excellent light scattering. It’s precisely controlled particle size and narrow distribution and makes it especially useful in extending titanium dioxide in architectural paint formulations. A recommended starting point is 10% replacement of equal volume. ALBACAR® T1O PCC maintains opacity, gloss and brightness while allowing producers to lower overall formulation costs.
