SimopModel 6004 -All Water Horizontal Septic Tank

SHARE

INP-IBH-INH all-water tanks from 3 to 8 m3 with integrated pre-filter - in PE. An all-water pit is a pre-treatment structure intended to retain the settling materials present in waste water from a home. Domestic waste water are the water valves (WC, ...) and grey water (room baths, kitchens, laundries). A complete purification system consists of an all-water pit and a treatment system annex (sand lter, spreading network, compact filter ZEOMOP or BIONUT ..).

The pre-filter integrated into the all-water pit is located at the exit.Reliable and secure, it protects against premature clogging of the downstream treatment device (sand filter, network spreading ...) by retaining the un-decanted particles. His manipulation and its maintenance are simple.

To avoid all risks the release of floats during maintenance visits, the system automatically closes the output to the processing device downstream.

USE
Wastewater is collected in the all-water tank. The decantable suspended matters form a deposit and ferment. Their volume gradually decreases and is stabilized. Grease on the surface is trapped and hydrolyzed. They create a “hat” which increases in volume and stabilizes. IMPORTANT: The bigger the all-water tank, the more space there is for sludge. Fermentation is therefore more efficient and the time between drainage operations is longer.

VENTILATION
There is no ventilation spur on the tank. Primary and secondary aerations must be made upstream and downstream respectively from the tank (Refer to standard XP P 16-603, ex DTU 64.1 available from AFNOR).

MAINTENANCE
In accordance with the inter-ministerial decree dated May 6th 1996, article 5, it is necessary to carry out draining at least once every 4 years. After each draining, fill the device immediately with water. Do not drain the device during periods of heavy rain. Maintenance of the pre-filter should be carried out with a water jet and it can be removed if necessary.

INSTALLATION
Carry out the earth work and place the all-water tank on a perfectly level bed of compacted sand (10cm minimum). Connect the inflow and outlet pipes and keep the tank empty whilst the lateral embankment is created. Fill the periphery with well compacted sand up to the level of the inlet and outlet. Build up the embankment on the top of the tank to 30 cm maximum. Completely fill the tank immediately. Only use a polyethylene extension shaft RH2/4030 (IBH) or RH2/6030 (INH) in order to leave access to the manhole. INSTALLATIONS WITH SLAB PROTECTION: If the infilling on the top of the extension shaft is more than 30 cm or If vehicles will drive over the area less than 3 meters away, a concrete slab protection must be created on top of the device. This slab must be built on a stabilized and non-turned ground and its dimensions calculated in order to withstand the loads necessary. Finish the embankment using the material of your choice as soon as the slab protection is dry. DO NOT INSTALL THIS DEVICE IF THE AREA CONTAINS POCKETS OF WATER, FLOODING OR IS NON- STABILIZED. In these three cases, you have to install a horizontal reinforced all-water tank IBR or INR. NOTE If the tank cannot be installed near the residence (horizontal distance >10 m), grey water must be transferred via a grease separator located less than 2 meters from the house.
