Aluline - Coffee Grounds Retainer Filter
Coffee grounds are dense, solid particles that pose a challenge for bacterial degradation, frequently causing blockages in piping systems. Other components like sugar, cream, and milk also contribute to these blockages. In a bustling establishment, cleaning utensils inevitably allows coffee particles to enter the water system, forming layers within the pipes. To counteract this, a filtration system becomes essential. Aluline's coffee grounds retainer offers a solution with a filter membrane of 100 microns, ensuring easy removal of fine sediments and preventing pipeline blockages. This stainless steel retainer (AISI 304, 1.5 mm) comes with or without adjustable legs, catering to specific piping needs. Customization is also a possibility based on particle type, suspension decantation time, flow capacity, and retention time. With this solution, establishments can maintain unobstructed and efficient water systems.
Coffee grounds are dense, solid particles that are difficult for bacteria to remove, which can cause blockages in pipes. Sugar, cream and milk can also cause blockages in pipes.
Although most coffee grounds stay out of the water system, cleaning utensils in a busy shop will result in many coffee grounds particles entering the water system. These grounds build up in layers in the pipes, and to prevent blockages, a filtration system is needed.
The Aluline coffee grounds trap is supplied with a large removable filter membrane (100 micron mesh) to allow fine solids such as coffee powder to be easily removed from the suspension, thus preventing blockages in the pipework.
The coffee grounds retainer comes with or without adjustable legs to accommodate your plumbing requirements, and is made from 1.5mm A1S1304 stainless steel.
Depending on a number of factors, it is possible to create a retainer that is best suited to a specific need, knowing which grain or particle needs to be retained, the settling time for suspended solid particles, the flow capacity levels and the time required for retention.
