AmniteModel L600 FridgeFree -Liquid for Biological Solution

SHARE

FridgeFree liquid is a powerful, natural solvent and bacterial-based cleaner concentrate specially formulated to deal with exopolysaccharide-type slimes in fridge condensate drain lines. The product is fully biodegradable and contains: Natural solvents from citrus fruits, naturally occurring micro-organisms selected for their ability to produce high, levels of lipase, amylase, cellulase and protease enzymes, nutrients, trace elements and minerals to activate growth of micro-organisms, surfactants to emulsify the substrates and enhance oxygen transfer.

The product contains aerobic, spore-forming bacterial strains belonging to the genus Bacillus. The total viable count in the ready to use product is not less than 7.50 x 106 cfu/ml.

The product exhibits the following characteristics.

  • Contains only Bacillus spores
  • Has negligible phosphate content
  • Has excellent emulsification properties
  • Has a wide range of metabolic capabilities
  • Is completely biodegradable
  • Is completely homogeneous

The biological solution to the problem of gel build up in commercial fridge condensate drain lines.

The Problem:

Condensate drains serving commercial fridge lines frequently block with a gel-like substance. This gel can build up very quickly resulting in flooding, forced section closures and health and safety issues.

What is it?:

The gel is a microbial mass bound together by an `exopolysaccharide` secreted by bacteria. This is generated by bacteria during a period of growth as a result of a lack of available nutrients.

The Solution:

FridgeFree is a combination of a broad spectrum of spore forming strains of Hazard Group 1 Bacilli, and bio-surfactants. It acts by disrupting the natural formation of this microbial consortium and associated gelatinous material, thereby allowing free-flowing drains.

AMNITE L600 is applied neat using an automatic dosing pump directly into the fridge condensate drain pan or line. The combination of natural solvents and bacteria in the product act to disrupt the formation of the slime within the condensate drain line leading to free-flowing condensate runs.

Dosing units can be discretely installed on top of the fridge lines. The FridgeFree product is then dosed into the lines as close the `drop` as possible. These installations are then proactively managed by Cleveland Biotech`s team of in-house service engineers.

Factfile:

  • FridgeFree is a proprietorial biological solution to the blockages caused by gel build up in fridge drain lines;
  • It acts to disrupt the formation of exopolysaccharides;
  • Units can be fitted to each affected drain line;
  • It maintains free flowing drains saving time, money and health and safety concerns

AMNITE L600 is an environmentally friendly, non-hazardous, naturally occurring solvent-based biological cleaning liquid, which rapidly eliminates the problems associated with slime build up in commercial fridge condensate drain lines. The product is completely homogeneous, made from foodgrade ingredients, fully biodegradable and safe to use. It does not contain any pathogens.
