AMS - 2 Inch Flighted Auger Kit w/ No Drill, 5/8 Inch Thread
Quickly drill access holes with this 2" Flighted Auger Kit. 2" Flighted Auger Kits are equipped to drill access holes up to 9` and collect soil samples into liners using the 1-1/2" X 6" Soil Core Sampler. A Carbide Tip is included for hard and compacted clay soil conditions. Additional extensions may be added to obtain deeper depths. The Regular Slide Hammer that is included allows you to hammer in your Soil Core Sampler. Slide Hammers can also assist with retrieving your sampler by its reverse hammering capabilities. There are 2" Stainless Steel Flighted Auger Kits available along with kits that contain a SDS-Max Rotary Hammer Drill. Flighted Auger Kits can also be operated with certain gas-powered drills.
