TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
The magnetic circuit of ASPs consists of :
- a machine-welded steel yoke of high permeability,
- a magnetic body consisting of ferrite magnets with high field value.
The unit is locked with synthetic resin in a non - magnetic box.
A moving rubber guard makes it easier to extract by hand the magnetic bodies drawn out by the ASPs.
INSTALLATION METHOD
ASPs can be suspended using chains, cables or straps and eyebolts with shackles. They are installed either crossways where the product unwinds or at conveyor chutes.
No energy source is required.
SPECIFICATIONS
Performances vary according to various parameters :
- characteristics of the products to be processed
- properties of the ferromagnetic parts to be extracted
- characteristics of the plant.
Four types of ASP are offered according to the working height : 200, 225, 275, 330 mm.
