Anhui - Model FDZ Series -Multi Media Filter
FDZ series of multi-media filters are used to improve water quality and process organic and inorganic substances under 5μm in water. It is a pressure filter filled with quartz sand and high-quality anthracite filter material. Using the unique porous adsorption of anthracite filter material, it has both the lower layer special effect filtration and the upper layer high efficiency adsorption and other functions. Compared with the single filter material, the filter material`s dirt holding capacity is enhanced. The structure is simple, the technology is mature, the cost performance is high, and the application field is wide.
The FDZ series multi-media filter filtration system can be composed of one or more standard filtration units. The raw water passes through the internal water distributor, filter layer and water collector, using high-quality quartz sand and anthracite filter layer to effectively remove pollutants in the raw water. The diameter of FDZ series multi-media filter unit ranges from 32 ″ (800mm) to 126 ″ (3200mm). The height of various standard series is generally 60 ″ (1500mm); according to the requirements of customers, non-standard series can also be provided In the combination mode, if multiple processing units are installed on the common pipeline, the filtration capacity of the system can be infinitely expanded. The FDZ can work stably for a long time under large flow and small pressure loss, energy saving and environmental protection, and basically maintenance-free.
- The filtering system adopts a modular design, according to the required flow rate, land occupation, etc .; multiple filtering units are available for selection and flexible combination.
- The backwash system is simple, no backwash pump is needed, and it is easy to operate, so that the system maintains a consistent filtration effect.
- The filtration system uses various methods such as time and pressure difference to automatically start backwashing and fully automatic operation. Each filter unit in the system performs backwashing in sequence, and the product water is not interrupted during backwashing.
- The water cap is evenly distributed, the cloth water is evenly distributed, there is no dead angle in backwashing, the backwashing efficiency is high, the backwashing time is short, and the backwashing water is less.
- The system covers a small area, and the arrangement of the filter units can be flexibly arranged according to the actual land use.
