The Hamilton RCX-30 - 250/4.6 is a column for separating monosaccharides, disaccharides and sugar alcohols. It is an anion exchange column based on polystyrene-divinylbenzene resin. The RCX-30 - 250/4.6 can be used for universal applications. The Hamilton RCX-30 - 250/4.6 separation column exhibits an outstanding separation of fructose and lactose. The column also offers the advantage that flows of up to 2 mL/min can be used in order to accelerate the chromatography. The long version of the column (250 mm) is preferred for the determination of small carbohydrates (monosaccharides, disaccharides and sugar alcohols).
