Apex - Floodguard Clip-in Barrier
Floodguard Clip-in Barriers were the first flood door barrier to enter the market and achieve Kitemark accreditation in the year 2003, having since been installed across the UK, USA, France, Switzerland and Netherlands. This demountable flood barrier provides the same protection as a permanent barrier, but has the distinct advantage of being fully removable when not required.

Built with an arched dam design, the flood barrier’s protective seal becomes stronger, the more pressure is applied from rising floodwater levels. Featuring a U-shaped back-frame, the barrier is easily mounted upon notification of flood warning, simply clipping onto a door or window opening.

What barrier widths are available?
930mm to 2730mm are the standard sizes with bespoke sizes also available
What flood protection height can be offered?
Standard heights are 600mm and 900mm
What length of warranty is available?
2 years. This can usually be extended with a maintenance contract.
How long does it take to deploy each barrier?
A single door barrier should take less than a minute to fully deploy
