A well established concept is a ‘stoplog’ whereby the horizontal beams are slotted into vertical U-channels on either side. What makes Floodguard Slot-in Barrier special is the great range of width and heights which can be protected, and the incredible ease of use even compared with other stoplogs. Floodguard Slot-in Barrier includes unique patented features such as an additional compression device for the lowest beam to ensure a great ground seal. This also saves time and effort winding or cranking to seal from the top beam, and encourages users to prioritise partial deployment along the full length, and topping up the protection height as required.

How wide can be protected with a single span?
6m spans are available without a mid-post. Greater than 6m will require at least one mid-post.
For optimal performance a compression post can be added for long spans.
What height can be protected?
In excess of 3m flood height can be protected, depending on width
What length of warranty is available?
5 years. This can usually be extended with a maintenance contract.
Are the mid-posts permanent features?
No. Whislt they can be permanent if required, these are generally only installed prior to a flood and removed afterward
