FABEKUN - Arches Bows
FABEKUN arches are the ideal complement for the FABEKUN channel pipe system. They have the same material properties and combine the excellent material properties of two tubular materials: Concrete in particular introduces the necessary stability and plastic a high corrosion resistance to the “partnership”. The sheets are also equipped with the double sealing system, which, as with the pipes, consists of two independently functioning seals. In addition to the standard version, the sheets are also available with a revision opening. It ensures safe and smooth use of the laser during installation.

FABEKUN arches are used wherever it is not possible to set a shaft structure for reasons of space. They are infinitely available in radii of curvature from 0° to 100° – larger radii are also possible on customer request. Like the sewer pipes, the sheets are provided with an inner pipe made of PVC-U and are produced in nominal diameters from DN 200 to DN 1200 according to DIN EN 1916 and DIN V 1201. The PVC interior lining makes the FABEKUN bows resistant to the biogenic sulfuric acid corrosion that often occurs in sewage and sewers. In addition, the sheets have the chemical resistance to gases, acids, etc. according to DIN 8061, part 3. Thus, they are suitable for wastewater in the pH range from pH 2 (acid) to pH 12 (basically). In addition, FABEKUN arches also have a double sealing system – consisting of an internally chambered vacuum seal for connecting the plastic pipes and an outer lip seal in the concrete tube. Both sealing systems are independent of each other.
