ART - Laminar Flow Workstation
The components of the laminar flow workstation are made of 1.5 mm stainless steel, GMP and FDA conform. For visible surfaces a fine grit grinded material, Ra < 0.8 pm, is used. The assembly of the workstation is performed on a special stainless steel clean room profile (sampling inspection is possible). Weld seams at junctions are grinded and brush- inished invisible. The side panes are made of safety
glass and are mounted flush fitted with the inside of the operating table.
To hang up additional equipment up to 20 kg there is mounted a bar of stainless steel (diameter 30 mm) below the ceiling of the laminar flow workstation. The bar is vertically adjustable in 3 different heights. If documents are needed at the laminar flow workstation, like SOPs, an useful insertion folder (made of acrylic glass or stainless steel) can be mounted at the pane on one side. The documents are protected and visible from inside Flush fitted assembly of operating elements.
