ATG UV Technology has introduced their unique ECOLINE range of UV systems, which represents a new generation of UV sterilisation products.

The ECOLINE features a “through flow” chamber and interfaces with the standard SPECTRA electrical control system. Because of its modular design, the system is ideal for installation on larger plants and can be manifolded to meet plant requirements.

The ECOLINE chamber is manufactured from polished stainless steel and can be flanged to meet the client’s specification. UV and Temperature monitoring is available as standard, along with the option of Auto-Cleaning.

The ECOLINE system is suitable for applications where space could be at a premium and its design lends itself to ease of installation in new or existing pipework.

This is the latest state of the art microprocessor control system with multiple levels of operation from basic controls to full plant and system integration. Available on all medium pressure UV units and as an option on low pressure systems. Existing systems can be upgraded to utilise the SPECTRA. There is also an option for a “Modbus” interface.

Automatic Cleaning

ATG UV Technology’s wiper system includes many unique features to make the product a state of the art auto cleaning system.

• Unique double seal and bearing housing for longer life including food grade approved seal materials.
• Fully enclosed housing to maintain IP Ratings.
• Wiper power supply 24v DC for improved safety.
• Utilises a digital encoder for positioning
• Wiper interval operator selectable.
