Safety is enhanced with fully enclosed welding setups and real-time monitoring of welding quality using a CCD image system. Additionally, the 2-axis positioner enables quick angle adjustments for galvanometer welding, ensuring high welding efficiency. The system is capable of speeds between 60-100mm/s, utilizes the ABB IRB6700-200-2600 robot model, and has a laser power of 4000W. Real-time monitoring and a quick-switch device for fixtures allow for high-speed production, achieving a capacity of 14 seconds per unit.
