We have an exclusive partnership with the world's premier industrial robot manufacturer, KUKA Robotics. Coulson Ice Blast technology will be fitted to KUKA robotic arms; enabling the most cost efficient cleaning, de-burring, and de-flashing processes yet.
Robotic arms have already been used to carry out dry ice blasting jobs, and now with the use of the latest Coulson Ice Blast technology they can clean, de-burr, and de-flash with wet ice (ice cubes).
This will greatly reduce costs, when compared with the use of dry ice as the media. Because of our dual ice blast technology these robots can be configured to use dry ice OR wet ice.
