Liquidtool SmartFiller - Automated Coolant Mixing and Management System
The Liquidtool SmartFiller is an advanced automated system designed to efficiently mix and manage coolant concentrations within industrial settings. This device is part of the Liquidtool AutoPilot solutions and is designed to fit on top of coolant drums or IBCs, where it connects seamlessly to a water supply. Utilizing a magnetic mount for easy installation, it automates the entire process of mixing the correct coolant concentration and topping up each connected sump in real time. The system employs volumetric dosing, ensuring stable output concentration and accuracy, unlike the Venturi principle. Equipped with a differential pressure sensor, the SmartFiller accurately monitors the coolant level, providing timely notifications for container replacement. It offers compatibility with RJ45, Bluetooth, and WLAN for digital connectivity, facilitating the integration of its data into the Liquidtool Manager. Operating under IP44 conditions, this device sets a new standard in coolant management efficiency and effectiveness.
The Liquidtool SmartFiller is part of the Liquidtool AutoPilot solutions. It is mounted on top of a coolant drum or IBC and connected to a water supply.
The SmartFiller automatically mixes the optimal coolant concentration and then tops up each connected coolant sump individually with the correct amount.
The SmartFiller also measures the level in the drum or IBC, notifying you when the concentrate container needs to be replaced.
Installation
Installation is quick and easy.
The Liquidtool SmartFiller can be magnetically mounted on top of a coolant drum or an IBC. Connecting all hoses and tubes is straightforward.
A water source, a working internet connection, and a power socket are all you need.
Fully automized coolant management
No more manual mixing
The SmartFiller automatically mixes the correct coolant concentration. It then tops up every machine with the respective top up rate.
The times of manual mixing coolant and topping up a sump are finally over.
The SmartFiller is mixing coolant using volumetric dosing. Your output concentration remains stable in contrast to mixing with the Venturi principle.

Know when to change the drum
The SmartFiller measures the filling level in the drum or IBC automatically. The differential pressure sensor regularly measures the level of coolant concentrate. You can always see the measurement data in the Liquidtool Manager
You will be notified automatically if the level is close to its defined minimum. Therefore, you will have enough time to prepare the replacement of the drum or IBC.
Drum change
Quick and easy
The changeover of a coolant concentrate container is very straightforward if the drum or IBC needs to be replaced. Just take the 2 hoses out of the drum and put them into the new one.
The SmartFiller can also be mounted on top of the new drum thanks to its magnets.
