Komax Lambda - Model 4 Series -Automated Platform Data Wire
The Lambda 4 series is a modular machine base for fully automatic assembly of multi-step contact systems with manual insertion and deposit. The modular design of the Lambda 4 series enables efficient and intuitive work in terms of hardware, machine control and visualization. Thanks to the large number of standardized modules, training can be carried out in a short time and the machine is soon in operation. Proven test systems, such as integrated crimp force monitoring, ensure maximum quality. Statistical production evaluation can also be carried out at any time directly on the plant or using Komax Connect. This enables simple connection to a customer-specific ME system in accordance with OPC/UA guidelines and thus automatic control of the production control station. A restructured user interface ensures that individual processes can be easily adapted.
Easy and quick changeover for other recipes
Thanks to integrated recipe management and up to 15 process stations, the plant can be refitted for other recipes within a very short time without great effort.
Due to the large number of modules with standardized hardware and software on different plants, little training is required.
Statistical evaluation of ongoing production is possible at any time, both directly on the plant and using Komax Connect, in order to control the production control center.
