The transfer robot is a device that automatically transports sorted goods from the second sorting to a pit press for large bales or a weighing station for further division into small bales. It consists of a frame that moves over a rail along a line of sorting boxes with a capacity of ± 500 kg of clothing. When a box is full, the control system of the robot activates and sends the robot to the specific box. The content of the box is emptied inside the robot. Next, the robot drives to the press or weighing station and automatically empties the content.
