Automatic Base Discharge Valves

Automatic base discharge valves, in comparison to manually operated valves, offer the following advantages:

• Minimisation of the risk of injuries
• Automatic discharge at the ideal point of time
• Enables automation of phase separation in combination with PhaDec

The HiTec Zang electrical base discharge valves are based on proven manual base discharge valves made by different manufacturers. These are equipped with a special electrical drive and a control system.

An important feature is that no extra headroom is required for this.

Especially important and advantageous is the possibility to operate the valve manually at any time, e.g. in case of a power failure.
