HiClave - High Pressure Process Plant
HiClave™ high-pressure reactor systems are a proven solution for high-pressure reactions, especially on multi-phase systems. They may be supplied in a volume range of 10 to 250 ml, with a maximum pressure of up to 300 bar and a maximum temperature of up to 300 °C. Thanks to the pure metallic pressure cap seal, the system achieves a tightness which enables highly accurate measurements of gas consumption. Up to 7 media connections are possible.

MicroLab - Model Configuration I - Emulsifying System
The micro-reactor system shown on the right has two mixer stage for the production of complex emulsions. It is suited for continuous emulsifying up to +80 °C, whereby melts or soluble materials at a higher temperature can also be processed. For this the base plate is fitted with an electrical base plate heating device. The system may be expanded as desired using additional functional modules of the MMRS.
Miprowa - Model Configuration II - Lab System
Never before have you been able to carry out tests so simply and so quickly which in the past were not manageable or hardly controllable using conventional equipment. Using the Miprowa® Lab laboratory reactor, you can measure temperatures at high sampling rates at various parts of the reaction process and also add additional materials to the two liquid reactants to, for example, carry out a quenching process. You would also like to vary the dwell time and other parameters such as pressure to gain a better knowledge of your process? This flexible construction may be put together from modules and the reaction quantities may be adjusted.

OmniFerm - Mini Parallel Fermenter Systems
The OmniFerm® mini parallel fermenter system is distinguished by the particularly small footprint, enabling several bioreactors to fit onto one laboratory workbench. This mini-culture system closes the gap between shake flasks and a laboratory fermenter. Knowledge gained in shake cultures may now be validated in the next-largest scale with little need for material and with great time savings.
RAMOS - Respiration Activity Monitoring System for the Bioprocess Optimisation
RAMOS® (Respiration Activity MOnitoring System) has established itself worldwide as the standard measuring system for the online determination of the breathing activity of prokaryotic and eukaryotic cultures in shake flasks. The respiration rate is directly proportional to the aerobic metabolic activity of living cells and thus allows a continuous monitoring of the cell growth and, indirectly, of the product formation rate. Through the use of RAMOS® in screening for efficient production strains and optimum process control, amortisation may be achieved in a short time through savings in labour-hours and the shortening of development times, leading to a sustainable and decisive reduction in production costs.

SciBot - Multifunctional Laboratory Robot Systems
Robots from the SciBot™ family are cartesian robotic systems which are mainly produced for special applications where there are no “off-the-shelf“ solutions. Thus, for example the Scibot™ is used for the formulation and quality assurance of mixtures. Due to their modular construction, further fields of application have very quickly resulted in the areas of chemistry, microbiology and cell culture technology. Thus, various tasks can be carried out using only one system when it is fitted with various additional measuring equipment and a tool changer. But a SciBot™ can also be used for specialised tasks, such as the measurement of pH or conductivity in microtiter plates or as a 3D printer for gels with living cells. Integration into laboratory and production processes is possible.
