Automatic Laboratory Reactor Systems

Due to the much more intensive utilisation of the laboratory resources and the relief of the laboratory staff from routine activities, they pay off very quickly. Fermentation Technology
RAMOS-Fed-Batch
Cultures of microorganisms, plant cells, mammalian cells or even stem cells are used within bioreactors to produce therapeutically interesting products like Insuline, antibodies and and other functional proteins. Using a fed-batch control microorganisms or cells can be precisely fed and therefore this process is commonly used in production scale for mass production of biomass or fermentation products reaching an optimal product yield.

Automatic Base Discharge Valves
Automatic base discharge valves enable the program-controlled discharge of the reactor content.The combination with the phase detector PhaDec enables conducting additionally automatic phase separation and extraction.

HiClave - High Pressure Process Plant
HiClave™ high-pressure reactor systems are a proven solution for high-pressure reactions, especially on multi-phase systems. They may be supplied in a volume range of 10 to 250 ml, with a maximum pressure of up to 300 bar and a maximum temperature of up to 300 °C. Thanks to the pure metallic pressure cap seal, the system achieves a tightness which enables highly accurate measurements of gas consumption. Up to 7 media connections are possible.

LabKit-rcb - Thermal Balance Reaction Calorimeter
LabKit™-rcb is a reaction calorimeter with sophisticated equipment for heat flow and thermal balance calorimetry. The automatic laboratory process plant is suitable, among other things, for syntheses in the temperature range from -40 to +200 °C. The system is expandable with the additional modules and components which are offered.

Plant Construction - Micro-Reaction Systems
MicroLab - Emulsifying System
The micro-reactor system shown on the right has two mixer stage for the production of complex emulsions. It is suited for continuous emulsifying up to +80 °C, whereby melts or soluble materials at a higher temperature can also be processed. For this the base plate is fitted with an electrical base plate heating device. The system may be expanded as desired using additional functional modules of the MMRS.
