Cerulean - Model CPST400H / HR -Automatic Pack / Carton Seal Integrity Testing Unit

The CPST400H / HR is a quick `GO/ NO GO` unit that detects moisture leaks in cigarette packs or cartons. The measurement head    automatically  perforates the  sample  pack  and  whilst maintaining a vacuum seal around the hole, applies a  constant airflow to the hole. By isolating the pack or carton from external influences the accuracy and precision of the test is maintained. Once perforated and sealed the CPST400H / HR measures the back pressure which is directly related to the integrity of the pack seal. Results are clearly displayed to the user on the front panel. The design of the sealing cup allows for reliable and consistent measurement for both hard and soft packs.
The unit is also available with an optional 10-pack hopper feeder (pictured) and manometer (CPST400H).
