Different from a self-closing flood barrier, which is installed deep into the ground, a flip-up flood barrier is placed superficially. A valve is mounted horizontally and when triggered, either manually with a button or autonomously by its water sensors, is pushed up to form a leak-tight seal. When activated, attendants will be alerted through a chime and warning light to ensure their safety. A versatile flood solution that can equally function as an overall safeguard.

AUTOMATIC (PNEUMATICALLY CONTROLLED) FLIP-UP FLOOD BARRIER
This automatic flood barrier is suitable for a wide range of situations. A seal, mounted horizontally within the flood barrier system, is actuated by the push of a button or triggered automatically by an optical water sensor. Pneumatic cylinders push the seal up, against vertical sealing posts, ensuring a leak tight seal. A chime and warning light will warn attendees that the system will be activated.
