The WEBER automated loading system, HS-4-1000, offers a solution for enhancing production efficiency. This system caters to the automatic loading needs of production lines, utilizing patented technology that integrates intelligent image processing with advanced robotics and control systems. The autonomy of this loading cell eliminates the need for manual teaching, providing process-optimized feeding of workpieces and ensuring seamless production. Technical options include a roller conveyor at the pallet feeder for buffer space, a pallet station for unmanned production, and compatibility with driverless transport systems. It is equipped with a variety of grippers like vacuum and magnetic types, complemented by an automatic tool changer for flexibility in handling diverse workpiece geometries. Safety features such as protective fencing are standard, with the entire system CE-certified. The HS-4-1000 can be utilized across different industries, improving profitability even with diverse workpiece variants and small batch sizes.Our autonomous loading cell offers an efficient and precise solution for the automatic loading of your production line. A roller conveyor at the pallet feeder can serve as an additional buffer space for empty or loaded pallets and – in combination with a bumper – prevents damage, from industrial trucks, for example. The integration of a pallet station facilitates completely unmanned production and is available from WEBER in different versions with any number of stations. Loading and unloading with driverless transport systems is also possible with this option, n order to achieve a high degree of automation in business logistics.
