- complete on-line control
- notification of all important events
- fully automated report generator
- limitless practical to use
Manage all your systems with the AXILOG Manager software. Full remote control and automatic data download. Automatically generate reports after data download. When required, deploy your expertise using the real-time display of the measured data. Remote monitoring, still as if you are present on site – alert and fully informed.
- set the times, actions and desired report lay-out per AXILOG system
- set the monitoring period (begin- and end time)
- set the time at which the AXILOG must contact your PC
- as soon as the AXILOG contacts the PC, the data is downloaded
- as soon as the download ends, the report is generated
You can save standard lay-outs ans setting.

The system
The Axilog measures the speed of motion of an object in the X- Y- and Z-direction. The Axilog is designed for measurements on buildings with the aim to determine the likelihood of damage. The signal of the Axilog complies with the SBR directive "Damage to buildings."
On the Axilog can continuously read the current speeds and frequencies on separate displays for the X, Y and Z-direction. By pressing a button, you can hold the peak values and read the displays.
The Axilog log speeds with an adjustable time interval. In order to prevent be stored there are many unnecessary measurement values there is a threshold level can be set. There will then be stored only measurement values which lie above this threshold value. Also can set a start and end time for the measurements.
Ease of use
The Axilog is designed with the user in mind. The actual speeds and frequencies are always read on large displays. There are no deep menu structures for operation and setup. Almost all settings can be accessed directly with a dedicated button provided for that institution. All this is set in the field quickly and easily.
alarms
The Axilog has an alarm output that is activated is exceeded an adjustable threshold. You can set alarm limits in accordance with all SBR categories which take into account the frequency of the vibration.
The alarms can be reported in several ways. If an accessory is inter alia an alarm lamp obtainable. The message alarms can be sent via SMS or email. SMS and e-mail messages going through the Axilink modem .
Remote measurement
By expanding the Axilog with Axilink internet modem, Axilog can be remotely controlled, if the operator is standing next to the machine. The current measured values can remotely, in real time, are followed.
functions
During the measurement, the battery condition and the percentage of the memory which is filled are shown.
The memory can be erased by pressing a button. This button can be blocked by PC software. This also applies to the arrow keys which the settings are made so that the Axilog settings can not be changed in the field.
Software
The PC software supplied meets 21CFR11 directive. This guideline describes how the software must be configured to ensure that the measurement data can not be changed unnoticed. This ensures unquestionable quality assurance.
The PC software has the following functions:
- Set Axilog
- reading data
- present data (historical and real-time)
- Data Archiving
- management of data eg with digital signatures
- real-time display of the measured data
The PC software can be used with a direct connection to the Axilog via com port or USB connection, but also via a wireless Internet connection via the Axilink modem .
The Axilog can completely be read and controlled remotely via the Axilink modem . If you use a modem with Axilink Axilog please, from any PC with an Internet connection, log in directly to the Axilog. You create directly with the Axilog connection and you are not dependent on a website from us or others. You can maintain a connection with multiple devices simultaneously Axilog.
Axilog Desktop software
For companies that have used a larger number Axilog systems, there is the Axilog Desktop software that allows a set of systems in the field can be simultaneously monitored on line at a central location. The software is in constant liaison with all active systems and displays alarms due to overruns, builds charts and provides the ability to set the systems and read.
