Baghouse.com Brand dust collectors are known the world over as the most powerful and longest lasting Baghouses available. Standard value-added features include such as larger inlet diffusers to prevent hopper turbulence, re-entrainment and facilitate material drop-out. Our Baghouses also include an added expanded quiescent free-board zone between the inlet and the bottom of the filter bags to reduce unnecessary dust load, filter abrasion and interstitial velocity that further enhancing material drop-out all before the air stream even reaches the filters. A “clean-on-demand” control system complete with integral pressure switches & gauges assures the your Dust Collector will only initiate the cleaning cycle as required, based on operating differential pressure. This further reduces cleaning frequency, compressed air consumption and excess wear to the filters. These features, among many others come standard on every Baghouse modal. All of which are designed to produce more cleaning power, extend filter life and reduce operating cost.
Baghouse.com brand Baghouses can also be manufactured in certain special configurations such as stainless steel, or food-grade construction. Additional add-ons include spark arrestors, explosion vents, etc.
