Kelco - Model 30MC Series -Bellows and Expansion Joints
Flex-Weld 30MC Series General Purpose / Low Pressure Expansion Joints, are available in sizes 4” through 42”. Multi-Ply Stainless Steel Bellows construction, movement rated at 30,000 cycles plus. Manufactured to order for your specific application requirements. Available options include Flanged, Weld, or Groove Ends. Internal Flow Liner, Control Rods. Single, Dual, or Triple Bellows designs available for increased movements. Manufactured with 304SS, 321SS, or 316SS materials. Well-suited for a variety of applications including Wastewater Treatment, Construction, Generators, Exhaust, Aeration, Energy, and Marine. 30MC series available as fully welded expansion joints or as a bellows only, ready for your fabrication.
The interlock hose can be manufactured from a variety of materials including aluminum, galvanized steel, stainless steel, Monel, Inconel, or bronze, depending on the application. Consult our engineers for questions concerning material compatibilities and selection.
Inside diameters span a wide range from 1/8" to 24". At the small diameter end of the spectrum, a typical end use would be for capillary and telephone cable hose. By contrast, the largest diameter interlock hoses are frequently used for unloading grain and sawdust. Flexibility can range from stiff to floppy while at the same time, weight can range from heavy to light, depending on the required usage of the product.
Although interlock hose can be used stand-alone with its own welded or brazed-on fittings, it is also used as a liner for high flow velocity corrugated hose assemblies or as an outer guard for braided corrugated hose assembly external protection.
