The main chassis is made of hot-dip galvanized coated plain carbon steel.

The belt system consists of a solid structure. The reason why the bodies are made of profile and bent sheets is that they can be easily intervened from the open parts in case of any malfunction. Side bodies are protected with removable covers. It has been put in line with the fact that the substances that may come from outside do not disrupt the system and the continuity of the process.

Cake thickness adjustment; The thickened sludge needs to be adjusted in thickness before it is compacted. For this, there are eight drums in total, four above and four below. The sludge is distributed homogeneously so that it does not overflow between the drums.

low pressure compression; This is the section with perforated drums. Due to their large diameter, low and constant pressure is applied.

Compressing high pressure; While the sludge passing through the perforated drums reaches the discharge point, it stays between the drums with smaller diameters and is subjected to high pressure. Thus, more water is released.

With belt washing, the filtration efficiency of the belt press increases considerably. Cleaning of nozzles is carried out by the operator at certain periods.

Cake removal; The sludge dewatered by high pressure is cleaned on the belt with the scraping pallet located at the discharge point. The waste that comes out is taken to the place where it will be disposed with the help of a container.
