Schleuniger PullTester - Model 25 -Benchtop Pull Testing Machine
The benchtop PullTester 25 measures pull forces on crimp and ultrasonic metal welding connections, with two scales ranging up to 500 N for small and up to 1,000 N for larger wires. Pull test values are critical for quality control and assurance. Hand-actuated or pneumatic pull test devices can give inconsistent data. The Schleuniger PullTester 25 is equipped with a speed-controlled motor, ensuring consistent pull rates for repeatable and accurate data. Pull forces can be measured in pound-force, Newtons, or kiloponds. The standard 12-position terminal holder accommodates a wide variety of crimps to suit most applications. More terminal holders are available upon request.This versatile machine has two measuring ranges, enabling the use of its 500 N (110 lbf) scale for small wires while easily switching to a 1,000 N (220 lbf) scale for larger wires. This dual-range capability ensures the highest accuracy for the widest range of applications.
