Equipment construction

All pipes of the sewage treatment integration equipment are PVC pipes or stainless steel pipes, and the connections between pipes are bonded with PVC binder or welded with stainless steel. The packing USES the suspension type biological packing as the biological carrier, the biomass is big, hangs the film easily, does not knot the ball, does not block.

Installation and maintenance
  1. Foundation: If WSZ series equipment is placed above the floor, only a concrete floor with the same shape as the equipment needs to be prepared as the foundation. The foundation pressure must be greater than 4T/m2, and it should be horizontal and smooth. If the equipment is buried below the floor, the elevation of the foundation shall be less than or equal to the elevation of the equipment and no water is allowed to accumulate in rain.
  2. Installation: According to the installation diagram in place, each box in place in turn, the position and direction of the box should not be put wrong, spacing each other should be accurate, and connected to the pipeline. Fill the equipment with clean water and check whether there is any leakage in the pipes. If there is no leakage, cover the box with soil until the equipment checks the holes and level the ground. Connect the control line of the electric control box to the water pump, connect the electric control box to the power supply, pay attention to the fan, motor steering, and the direction indicated by the fan.
