The Company’s commitment to achieving total quality control in its products and organization is demonstrated through our ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and ABS Type Approval Program certifications. Compass® has dedicated resources for quality control and assurance to achieve and maintain ISO requirement and is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Through the ABS Type Approval Program™, Compass has received assessment certificates for Design, Manufacturing and Quality. ABS® has also certified Compass® to the European Union Marine Equipment Directive™ (MED®) and the EC™ Type Examination.
