Binsack - Model SL 1202 -PE Suction Pipe with Float Switch
The PE Suction Pipe with Float Switch SL 1202 is engineered for applications requiring high flow rates and efficient fluid management. It features integrated level switches strategically positioned to utilize the entire cross-section of the support tube for medium passage, thereby achieving substantial flow rates. Compatible with standard containers through DIN 51-71 screw caps, the lance is versatile and can be customized in length to meet specific customer needs. It can include optional components like a coarse filter and a backflow preventer. With its strong chemical resistance, the suction pipe is suitable for acidic environments, operating efficiently at temperatures ranging from -10 to 80 °C. This product supports 2 to 3 switching points, enhancing its adaptability across various industrial applications. The device, designed using PE and PP materials, offers reliable performance in demanding environments, making it a valuable addition to fluid handling systems.
This suction lance allows several filling levels to be queried over the entire filling height (e.g. empty and full). The arrangement of the level switches allows the use of the complete cross-section of the support tube as a medium passage. This enables a high flow rate.
Thanks to the integration in DIN 51-71 screw caps, this lance can also be easily used in standard containers. Alternatively, threadless covers are available.
In addition, the lance can optionally be equipped with a coarse filter and a backflow preventer. The installation length can be manufactured according to customer requirements.
