Bird Gard - Model Super Pro -Electronic Bird Control Unit
Bird Gard Super Pro features four high power amplifiers and four external speakers for crystal-clear digital output. The solid-state electronics are mounted inside a weather-resistant control box suitable for most any condition. The Bird Gard Super Pro is fully programmable, with adjustments for volume, specific sound combinations, daylight, night, or 24-hour operation. The unit includes both an AC power adapter and a battery cable (if a battery is used a 12-volt group 27 battery with at least 100 amp hours is required, but not included). The Bird Gard Super Pro projects bird distress calls over 4 acres, or across a circle with a 500 ft. diameter, through 4 powerful external speakers. With the Super Pro unit and metal speaker both easily mountable to posts or poles, you can place your Bird Gard device specifically where nuisance birds are damaging your crops, equipment, or buildings.
The Bird Gard Super Pro is a dynamic unit, randomly selecting sounds, sound frequency (ranging from 2,000 – 10,000 Hz), and speakers to broadcast bird sounds, ultimately mimicking the sounds of many birds calling in distress. As these distress calls are projected across a 4-acre space, nearby birds are deterred from the area. To prevent birds in the area from becoming habituated to the Super Pro calls, an internal microprocessor randomly changes the sound, the sound duration, and the length of time between sounds. A light sensor in the unit can operate the unit during daylight, nighttime, or both, offering protection of your marina, orchard, farm, or hanger whenever you need it.
