Daikin - Bisphenol Curable Copolymers
Daikin bisphenol curable copolymers are copolymers of hexafluoropropylene and vinyldene fluoride, having 66% fluorine content, and contain a bisphenol curing agent and an accelerator. These products exhibit the best heat resistance and lowest compression set among the DAI-EL family. They are particularly suited for O-ring and oil seal applications in high-heat environments. Daikin offers injection and compression molding grades (low and medium viscosity), extrusion grade, metal adhesion grade, and compression set resistant grades. Daikin’s newest bisphenol curable copolymer, G-7000, has exceptional performance and processing characteristics.
