The RFID antennas are mounted on the side bin lifter of the refuse truck. They read the unique code from the bin´s RFID transponder while the bin is emptied. The system collects and stores detailed information and exceptions can easily be added, for example: blocked, overfull or broken bins.

The RFID system consists of antenna for chipnest or body, reader, cables and an on-board computer. The system can also be equipped with various weighing systems.

The Bin lift scale is mounted between the bin lifter and bin grip. Load cells register the weight of the bin before and after handling, and records the real net weight of the content. The on-board computer is used for routing and automatically collecting RFID and weights. This data is then used for statistics and billing.

A bin lift scale system is composed of load cells, cables and a weighing indicator. It is prepared to be connected with a RFID system.
