Broadcaster - Model 1 -Remote Engine Control System
Broadcaster 1+ is a remote engine control system designed to enhance your liquid pumping operations. BC1+ works on mechanical, electronic J1939 and VFDs or a combination of pumps. BC1+ uses cellular communication and supports control and monitoring using smart phones, tablet or desktop computers. BC1+ has multiple built-in safeties and a few common features to choose from. This system is ideal for a number of different industries such as agricultural, irrigation, water-transfer, dewatering, series or parallel pump set-ups and municipal pumping.
Broadcaster 1+ has been designed with the key features of our Broadcaster 1 and Broadcaster 2 to give you the best features to choose from to simplify and improve your operations. Broadcaster 1+ is intended as a user-friendly, entry-level system with minimal complexity while still providing core features as well as flexible options.

Safety features are based on use of inlet and outlet pressure sensors
- Using pump cruise feature – run boost pumps automatically based on suction (inlet) pump pressures
- Adjustable inlet and outlet pump pressure settings
- Suction (inlet) pump pressure settings
- If the pressure drops below low-values setting, the engine will start to RPM down to minimize cavitation of the pump
- Discharge (outlet) pump pressure settings: if the pressure rises above high setting, the engine will start to RPM down to a lower RPM
- Save hose from reaching a rupture pressure: set maximum hose protection pressure desired
- Detects rapid outlet pump pressure drop (2sec) due to rupture or disconnection of outlet hose or piping and will bring engine back to idle within seconds
