Crowcon - Model I-Test -Bump Test and Calibration Manager Solution

I-Test is easy to use with no requirements to turn on and off the gas: the design of the demand flow regulator coupled with the I-Test will allow the automatic pull of the correct required amount and concentration of gas. I-Test can also recognise cylinders that are empty or those that have expired allowing full compliance. When the Gas-Pro is inserted into the I-Test there are no button presses required, the system will start it’s test procedure automatically. The test carries out verification that the sensors are responding to a known value of gas and filters and are clear and good for use. It will also ensure the audible and visual alarm are working and this gives the user full confidence that they are compliant for site use.

I-Test stores all bump and calibration results and this can then be interrogated using the I-Test Manager software. The software allows you to carry out exception reporting to see who has and hasn’t carried out their bump or calibrations. I-Test Manager also give you the ease of printing both bump and calibration certificates and any tailored reports you have generated.

• Stand alone calibration will allow you to calibrate all sensors in the Gas-Pro. This will occur even if the sensors are not due a calibration.
• I-Test now supports Gas-Pro monitors that are configured to detect methane, propane, butane and pentane sensors. It can now also undertake bump testing and calibration with the relevant target gas for any of these configurations of Gas-Pro`s.
• Cross calibration can now be done through the I-Test. This means if the customer has a fleet of methane, propane, butane and pentane Gas-Pro`s, they can bump test and calibrate units using only CH_4. 
• I-Test will now automatically update the date and time to the Gas-Pro`s. This means in the Spring and Autumn when the clocks change, you can update the I-Test with the latest time, so the next time a Gas-Pro is inserted for a bump or calibraton the time and date will be updated on the unit.
