I. Product Overview
Cabinet sludge dryer dries sludge in a semi-continuous way to reduce sludge weight and size. It can be used together with plate-and-frame filter press. After cake-shape sludge from filter press drops into the drying cabinet groove, it is dried by dry air, until the whole cabinet groove is full of sludge. The dryer will operate automatically, and monitoring is not needed.
II. Technical Features
Drying capacity is 0.06-20 ton/day , the content of dry solid in inlet sludge is greater than 25%.
Energy consumption: 0.33kWh/kg of water the content of dry solid in outlet sludge is up to 90%
